Introducing Our New Invoicing System |

We’ve upgraded our systems and procedures to make them user friendly and beneficial for our clients. Our new invoicing system, care of FreshBooks, allows you to take full control of all your accounts with us.
You are now able to:
- easily log in to your account by following the link in any invoice email we’ve sent you
- view all your invoices from us and whether payment has been received
- view all your projects with us – we generally create one per website
- view unbilled hours for each project – so you can keep track of hours spent in process
- submit and view tickets for any support work you may require (we’re evaluating this aspect of the system and welcome feedback)
